US Shipping Options

FedEx: Shipping rates are calculated by weight and shipped via the FedEx service that is selected at checkout. Estimated shipping time is 5-7 business days for in-stock items. Fabric and wallpaper is made to order. Please review current lead times noted in product descriptions. Orders will ship once the production lead time has completed. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your package ships. 

Unforeseen Shipping Issues 

From the time your package leaves Otea Textiles until it is delivered to your doorstep, all shipping liability lies with FedEx. Missing packages claims must be filed by the customer. File a claim HERE. After the package is marked as delivered by FedEx, packages become the customer's responsibility. Otea Textiles cannot provide refunds for lost or stolen packages post-delivery. 

Request Signature

Domestic packages do not require a signature, unless otherwise specified.

Order Processing 

All orders are processed within 3 days from receipt of payment.

International Shipping

International shipping is available for most countries, and pricing varies depending on the items in your cart. Please proceed to checkout to see if shipping is available in your area. We ship via FedEx International, which includes tracking.

Duties and Taxes 

Please note that international customers are responsible for duties and taxes in the destination country. Otea Textiles cannot estimate or cover duties or customs on international shipping.

In the rare case of customs delays, please contact FedEx with tracking number.     

Returns

Please note that we do not accept international returns at this time. If there is a problem with your order, contact us at ciao@oteatextiles.com

Returns

Otea fabrics and wallpapers are made to order. We do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or faulty. Pillows, vintage, and tabletop products are eligible for refund within 21 days of receiving the product. Otea Textiles will use the date of delivery as the start of this timeline. Unless the item is received damaged, customers are responsible for any shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Delivery charges are not refunded for unsuccessful delivery attempts. Refunds will be processed once products are returned.

All return eligible items must be returned in their original condition and product packaging. We advise sending returned packages using a reliable carrier of your choice with tracking to:

All goods are dispatched suitably packaged for transit purposes only. You should inspect the goods upon delivery and check that no items are damaged. If goods are damaged you should sign for as such upon delivery and contact ciao@oteatextiles.com within 24 hours of delivery including photographic evidence of the damage. We do not take responsibility for goods that have been damaged after delivery as a result of poor handling or storage.

You must check the product for faults before installation. Should you believe that your item is faulty you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery at ciao@oteatextiles.com including photographic evidence.

Due to the high carbon footprint of processing international returns, we are unable to accept the return of items purchased and shipped internationally. If an item arrives broken or the incorrect item is received, please contact us at ciao@oteatextiles.com and we'll be happy to help provide a refund for the item or arrange for a replacement.
